Custom CNC Machined Brackets
Custom CNC machined brackets manufactured from customer drawings and CAD files in aluminum, steel, stainless steel and engineering plastics.
We manufacture drawing-defined CNC brackets for industrial equipment, automation systems and engineering assemblies.
YSBK Parts supports one-off, prototype and low-volume bracket requirements in aluminum, steel, stainless steel and engineering plastics.
If your bracket design is already defined, submit your project details for manufacturing review. We’ll follow up by email so you can share your 2D drawing and 3D CAD / STEP files.
CNC Machined Brackets From Your Drawings
We manufacture non-standard brackets from customer-supplied drawings and CAD files rather than from a standard parts catalog.
Projects may include mounting brackets, equipment brackets, automation brackets, support brackets, sensor or actuator brackets, and other custom bracket geometries.
Manufacturing requirements are reviewed against the supplied documentation, including material, quantity, critical tolerances and finishing requirements.
Critical Features on a Bracket Drawing
For machined brackets, the features controlling fit and assembly are often more important than applying tight tolerances to every dimension.
Depending on the design, these may include:
- Hole and bore positions
- Threaded holes
- Counterbores and countersinks
- Mounting and mating faces
- Slots, pockets and relief features
- Datum relationships
- Critical positional tolerances
Identify these requirements clearly on the 2D drawing so they can be considered during manufacturing and inspection.
Materials and Project Quantities
Custom brackets can be reviewed in:
- Aluminum
- Carbon and alloy steels
- Stainless steel
- Engineering plastics
Anodizing, heat treatment, grinding, EDM and other specified finishing or secondary processes can be coordinated where required by the drawing.
We support one-off prototype brackets as well as small production and repeat batches.
For released designs requiring small production batches, see Low-Volume CNC Machining for Engineering Parts.
What to Send for Manufacturing Review
For quotation, provide:
- 2D engineering drawing
- 3D CAD / STEP file
- Quantity
- Material
- Current revision
- Critical dimensions and tolerances
- Heat treatment or hardness, if required
- Surface finish or secondary processes
- Inspection requirements
- Target delivery
If several components belong to the same assembly or engineering project, they can be submitted together with the quantity and revision identified for each part number.
Have a Custom CNC Bracket Project?
If your bracket is already defined by drawings and CAD files, submit the project details for manufacturing review.
We’ll follow up by email so you can share the files required for manufacturing evaluation and quotation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept one-off and low-volume CNC bracket projects?
Yes. One-off, prototype and low-volume bracket requirements can be reviewed according to the supplied drawing, material, quantity and manufacturing requirements.
Can you machine brackets in aluminum, steel and stainless steel?
Yes. We support aluminum, carbon and alloy steels, stainless steel and suitable engineering plastics according to the project requirements.
What files should I provide for quotation?
A 3D CAD file such as STEP/STP together with a 2D engineering drawing is preferred where available. Include the quantity, material, current revision and critical manufacturing requirements.
