What We Need Before Quotation
A flat pattern or general description alone may not define the finished component completely. Submit the released 2D drawing and a matching formed CAD model.

Material and Thickness Confirmation
Specify the complete material grade, temper and sheet thickness. Availability is confirmed per RFQ, and no material or thickness is substituted without written approval.

Inspection and Documentation
Basic dimensions use calipers, micrometers, depth and height gauges. YSBK has no in-house CMM or optical equipment. Reports, first-part photos and key records are not default. Material certificates come from raw-material suppliers and must be agreed during RFQ.
