CNC MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES
The manufacturing route depends on the part geometry, material, tolerances, quantity and drawing requirements. We review these requirements before quotation and determine the appropriate machining and secondary processes for the project.
For parts with pockets, slots, holes, threads, mounting features and other drawing-specific geometries.
For shafts, bushings, sleeves, pins and other rotational components with controlled diameters and concentric features.

MATERIALS WE MACHINE
YSBK supports a broad range of metals and engineering plastics. Material selection is normally specified by the customer drawing or project requirements.
Aluminum, carbon and alloy steels, tool steels, stainless steel and titanium are commonly machined according to drawing and project requirements.
PEEK, PTFE, POM/Delrin, PA/Nylon, PC, ABS, PMMA, PEI, PPS and other engineering plastics can be reviewed according to part requirements.
Brass, copper, bronze and other special metals or alloys can be reviewed based on your drawing, material specification and manufacturing requirements.
COMPLETE FINISHED PARTS
Many CNC projects require more than the primary machining operation. Based on your drawing and project requirements, YSBK can coordinate secondary processes, heat treatment and surface finishing to deliver complete finished parts.
Additional processes can be coordinated when required by the drawing, including grinding, EDM, wire EDM, threading and tapping.
Heat treatment requirements can be coordinated according to the drawing, including hardening, quenching and tempering, annealing, nitriding and carburizing.
Surface finishing can be coordinated according to part requirements, including anodizing, black oxide, plating, passivation, painting, powder coating, bead blasting and polishing.
MANUFACTURING REVIEW
Before quotation, we review your 2D drawings and 3D CAD files to identify the key manufacturing requirements and any issues that should be clarified before production.
We confirm the specified material and required quantity as the starting point for manufacturing and quotation.
Critical dimensions, tolerances and difficult features are reviewed to identify manufacturing risks before production.
We check the drawing and CAD model together. If important information conflicts or is unclear, we ask for clarification rather than make assumptions.
We review the required machining route, secondary processes, heat treatment and surface finishing according to the complete part requirements.
INSPECTION & RESPONSIBILITY
Manufacturing responsibility does not end when machining is completed. Before shipment, parts are checked against the confirmed drawing and project requirements.
Parts are checked against the confirmed drawing requirements, including critical dimensions, machining features and specified project requirements.
Surface condition, deburring, appearance and cleanliness requirements are checked when they are specified for the project.
Photos can be provided before shipment, and videos may be used for difficult or critical areas when additional confirmation is useful.
If a confirmed issue is attributable to YSBK's manufacturing, we review a practical solution with the customer, including agreed local correction or remanufacturing when appropriate.
